Not an auto-responder. Whoever is best placed to answer picks it up, and tells you if we are the wrong practice for it.
A first conversation
A call or a site walk, depending on how far along you are. We come with questions rather than a pitch deck.
A written proposal
Stages, deliverables, fee and — importantly — what is excluded. Nothing starts until you have that in writing.
Asked often.
Yes. Plenty of projects come to us as facade or envelope work on a frame someone else has already designed. We will say early if we think the structure below needs revisiting — but that is advice, not a condition of the engagement.

We would rather walk you through a project on paper than send a PDF. The studio is open on weekdays — call ahead and there will be someone to talk to.
