Sthapati works at both ends of that sentence. We design elevations and envelopes, and we engineer the structure and ground that carry them — in one practice, so the drawing that leaves our office is the drawing that gets built.

Exterior
Elevations, facades and the envelope that meets weather. We design the outward face of a building and detail it to hold its line for decades — material, joint, shadow and drainage resolved together rather than in sequence.
Civil
Structure, ground and infrastructure. Survey through execution on bridges, grade separations, retaining works and site development — with the drawings, sequencing and on-site oversight that keep a build to programme.

A cast-concrete office elevation stepped to hold afternoon shade across its west face.

A private residence in dark board-formed concrete, detailed to weather without patina.
Spanworks Crossing
A pedestrian river crossing — post-tensioned deck, single pier, forty-metre clear span.
Glasshouse Elevation
A unitised curtain wall retrofit over an existing frame, installed without vacating the floors.
North Overpass
Grade separation across a live arterial road, staged so traffic never fully stopped.
Cantilever Wing
An eight-metre cantilever carrying a shaded terrace over the approach court.
What happens after you call.
Survey
We walk the site, measure what is actually there, and test the brief against ground conditions before a line is drawn.
Design
Massing, elevation and structure develop together. You see the same drawings we do — nothing is resolved off-screen.
Documentation
Construction drawings, schedules and specifications detailed to the level a contractor can price without guessing.
Execution
Site oversight through to handover. We are on the ground while it is built, not reviewing photographs afterwards.
