Forty-two apartments behind a dark vertical fin facade that manages both privacy and glare.

Apartments overlooking each other across a narrow court needed privacy without blank walls. Vertical fins at a set rake give every unit an oblique view out and no direct view across, and the same fins cut low-angle glare on the east and west faces.
