A civic pavilion in white precast, assembled from eleven repeated panel types.

The entire envelope is eleven panel moulds used repeatedly. Restricting the panel library that hard kept the precast cost inside a civic budget while still producing an elevation that changes across its length, because the panels are laid in a non-repeating sequence.
